The United Nations' "Contract With The World"

"They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace."  "Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it."

In this issue of the Last Trumpet Newsletter, we will look at and consider a dreadful beast that is now arising to seize absolute control of the entire world.  For many years I have been warning people everywhere of the dangers of an Illuminati plan for One World Government.  For years the satanic plot of the Luciferian Masterminds of the Great Conspiracy has been intensifying, and this crescendo is waxing greatly now, as we approach the year 2000.  This issue of the Last Trumpet Newsletter is being written on March 11th, 1995, with the Ides of March, the full moon and the Witch's sabat of the vernal equinox just ahead.  None of this causes me to have any fear, for I have been saved from and delivered from the realm of the occult and the world of astrology by the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Having been an astrologer in the past, however, causes me to know how they think, and how they carefully and meticulously plan the advice that they give to the world leaders and Illuminists.  We are headed for a time of great trouble as the great day of the return of our Lord draws nigh, and I can see with great clarity how the occultic advice given to those in the realm of political power is being applied.      

What has prompted the writing of this issue is an announcement that was recently made by the Secretary General of the United Nations, Boutros Boutros Ghali.  (Yes, his first and middle names are the same).  Here let it be noted that this past February I wrote a newsletter on the subject of the "Contract with America" and revealed the occultic connections and precision timing with astrology in that Illuministic brainstorm.  Now, on March 6th, 1995, U.N. Secretary General Boutros Boutros Ghali announced his forthcoming United Nations "Contract with the World."

This new "contract" is an agreement with the powers of darkness and is the final framework for the rise to power of the New Age of Aquarius.  God forbid!  We will now look at this in more detail.

Beware The Ides Of March!     

The words "Beware the Ides of March" seem to have found their place in history and in the memory of many people.  These words were spoken by an ancient Roman augurer to the defacto Roman emperor Julius Ceasar.  I mention this because the empire we are now living in is the revived Roman Empire as mentioned and described in Revelation, chapter 13.  In ancient Rome, the month of March was the first month of the year and full of omens and intrigue.  The Ides of March centered on the 15th or middle of the month, and these Ides were actually believed to be spirits responding to the resounding call of the night winds, "carpvs diem", which means "seize the day".  These spirits were then personified as witches, who would cast their spells to set the trend for the entire year.

To this day, the witches, astrologers and occult advisors to the Illuminati Masterminds regard March as a month of great spiritual power.  Even though I knew all of this, I was shocked to find out that a new Illuminati contract is in the making, not just a contract with America, which is set to expire on "Good Friday", April 14th, 1995, but a new contract with the entire world.  I learned of this new contract while driving between Beaver Dam and Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on March 6th, 1995.  I had just finished praying and began to scan the radio for news' broadcasts, when one captured my attention.  The voice told of Boutros Boutros Ghali and his forthcoming contract, which all the world must accept.  I continued to listen and found out that the announcer was a man named Ted Houston and the station was WOLX in Madison, Wisconsin.  Strangely enough, none of the big stations chose to broadcast this, and obviously someone in high authority put the lid on this story.  The story of this contract was told at 6:20 in the morning but not repeated.  Why?  This was big news that will affect the entire world!     

As I began to ponder the announcement by the United Nations' General Secretary, my past knowledge of astrology supplied the information as to what was happening.  I thank the God of Heaven that I can use what I know against the Illuminists.  The date of that announcement, March 6th, was 9 days before the Ides of March.  In the old Julian calendar the 9th day before the Ides was called a "none" (pronounced "known").  This was a day when the crescendo of power would begin toward the Ides or 15th of March.  I also realized that March 6th was 39 days before April 13th, which is the eve of the final day with the "Contract with America".  The number 39 is sacred in the occult and in the high degrees of the lodges of Freemasonry, because it is three 13's in their system of numerology.  According to Newt Gingrich, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the contract with America ends at midnight on Good Friday, April 14th.  (1)  Thus, the new U.N. Contract with the World, from an occult standpoint, will begin the next day, after the 39 days from the None of March.  This day, April 15th, is the day before Easter, and is the first full moon after the witches' sabat of the Vernal Equinox (March 20th).  In addition to that, on April 15th there is also an eclipse of this full moon.  Furthermore, there is an eclipse of the sun on April 29th, which means there are 13 days between the eclipses.  The day after the solar eclipse is Beltaine Eve, which is the highest day in witchcraft, which is fully celebrated by the Luciferians on May 1st each year.  In short, the witches are going absolutely berserk with their evil craft at this time, for they view this as the dawning of the Aquarian Age.  

The Response Of Almighty God!   

The very day that the Contract with the World was announced storms began to pound California.  Here let it be noted that San Francisco, California, particularly the Bay area, has more witches per capita than any other city in the world.  From San Francisco to San Luis Obispo, the National Weather Service reported that 13 inches of rain had fallen (2), and the streets of San Jose were rivers.  Homes had at least two feet of mud, water and debris in them.  This area had not yet recovered from the same problem that happened just a few months earlier.  This area has been hit with earthquakes, floods, mudslides and fires on a repeated basis.  What else could possibly happen to this troubled area?  Snakes!  Numerous snakes have been washed up on shore near San Diego and elsewhere in the area.  No one knows for sure where they came from. (3)  Such judgements of the Almighty God of Heaven will soon spread throughout the United States and on the entire empire of the Beast.     

In addition to all of the above, something else began to happen just two days later on March 8th.  The American dollar began a freefall, as it rapidly declined in value against the Japanese Yen, the Italian Lira and just about every other currency except for the Mexican Peso.  On that day of March 8th, which is 13 days before the witches' sabat of the Vernal Equinox, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Alan Greenspan, announced that "in order to bolster the strength of the dollar, we must once again raise interest rates. (4)  We must also note at this point that this decline in the value of the dollar is not a simple dip.  The dollar's value has hit the lowest point since the end of World War II. (5)  We must also remember that while all of this was going on, President Clinton used an executive order to arbitrarily give Mexico 20 billion of U.S. tax dollars.  This act caused the interest rates in Mexico to increase to a level of 50%. (6)  The United States is now in debt at the unimaginable level of 4 trillion dollars, and this debt is increasing at a rate of 1 billion dollars each day. (7) Now, Hillary Clinton has promised various backward nations 100 million dollars for reading programs. (8)  All of this is designed to force a massive and complete collapse of the world economy in order to force a new one to come forth.  They are pushing hard and fast at this time, for they know their time is short.  Witches have reportedly been speaking of a coming invasion from space, and what they are referring to is the coming of the one they call the "Piscean Christ", who is really the Lord Jesus.  (He has nothing to do with Pisces).  The Illuminists believe that their new Aquarian Christ will win and bring forth the New Age.  They are in for a real surprise.  My Bible says in Psalm 2, "He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh, he shall have them in derision."   

More Trouble From The United Nations!     

As if all of the above is not enough, our government at the behest of the United Nations is now working to pass the "Treaty on the Rights of the Child".  This treaty is actually the "brainchild" of Hillary Clinton, who made the brazen statement just after becoming the First Lady that "Children should have the right to sue their parents."  As outrageous as this "treaty" is, the Illuminati wants it, which is why it has such support among the Congressmen.  I already covered this subject of this treaty in the October, 1994, issue of the Last Trumpet, so I will only refer to it briefly here.  In short, the treaty is carefully designed to take children out of the hands of their parents and give them over to UN designated experts.  This would give children the same "rights" as adults and provide government lawyers to sue parents on behalf of rebellious children.  It has now been reported that President Clinton has signed this bill and has sent it to the Senate for ratification. (9)  It is also vital that we understand that the chief lobbying group for this infernal "Children's Rights Treaty" is an organization known as the Children's Defense Fund.  The chairman of the board of this CDF organization was Hillary Rodham Clinton until she resigned to assume the duties of "First Lady" of the United States of America.  Now, the chairman of the board is none other than our Secretary of Health and Human Services, Donna Shalala.  Donna Shalala, the erstwhile President of the University of Wisconsin, is also commonly known as the "High Priestess of Political Correctness."  In addition to that, Shalala is a member of both the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations or CFR, which is the American branch of the Illuminati.  The CFR was actually started by a New York banker named Jacob H. Schiff, agent for the House of Rothschild, and by John D. Rockefeller.     

What we are now seeing in all of this is the fulfillment of objectives that were set many years ago.  It was back in the 1960's that the National Council of Churches passed a resolution in San Francisco, which states that "The United States will soon have to subordinate its will to that of the UN, and all American citizens must be prepared to accept it." (10)  Some may think it strange that an organization, which calls itself the "National Council of Churches", would be so interlocked with the godless United Nations in New York.  We have known about the communist roots of this "church organization" and the UN for a long time.  We also know that commUNism is not dead but lives on in the United States.  Here let it be also noted that the creators of the UN charter stipulated in advance that there is to be no mention of God or Jesus Christ in the UN charter or in the UN Headquarters. (11)  Is your church a member of the NCC?  Find out!  Does your pastor subscribe to the tenets of the NCC or the UN?  Every Christian that is still in spiritual Babylon must come out and come out quickly!  We must remember that the purpose of the Illuminati conspirators is to take complete charge of your personal life and force every family into their system of the worship and adoration of the one they call Lucifer.

Will Your Personal Life Be Controlled From Outer Space?      

One of the problems of any contract is the enforcement of its conditions.  Your life is already an open book because of the world of computers and the electronic superhighway.  I have in front of me a copy of the front page of the Milwaukee Sentinel Newspaper from Friday, March 10th, 1995.  I am looking at a subheading on this front page which reads as follows: "Satellite signals to shut off dangerous farm machines."  The article is by Joe Manning, a Sentinel staff writer.  I have read the article with amazement, for it tells of the capability of computer interlocked satellites to monitor and control individual pieces of mechanical equipment from outer space, and to shut them down or disable them at will.  In fact, the additional heading on the continuation of the story found on page 8A says, "Satellite signals to stop machinery."  The story goes on to say that this satellite control is already being used in Illinois, Iowa and North Dakota.  The following is an exact quote from the article: "In the experiments, the satellite will read an electromagnetic signal set up around the farm equipment.  The surrounding signal is generated from equipment mounted on the machines.  The satellites are very accurate.  We can now create various safety zones around the hazardous agricultural equipment.  Anyone entering that field will automatically stop the equipment."      

From the above quote, we can see how closely the computerized systems of control can watch you.  We also know that automobiles have had computers in them for a number of years, and we cannot be sure that these computers are not electronically interfaced with satellites.  Your vehicle identification number or VIN is exclusive to you, the owner, and there is no doubt that your automobile could be stopped at the will of the electronic beast system from space once all of the technology is in place.  If you have wondered about all of the frequent space shuttle missions in the past few months, you have your answer.  I brought out the fact in a previous issue of the Last Trumpet that the word "computer" has a numerical equivalent of 666, and no doubt this space technology is the electronic nervous system and spinal cord of the beast.  All of this is being done under the mask and guise of "safety", and if you try to remove such equipment from your vehicle, you could be punished for tampering with safety equipment.  You can be sure the satellite would immediately know if you removed such equipment.  We are seeing things happen before our very eyes, which would have been considered to be science fiction only a decade ago.  We can only wonder how long it will be until we must all wear hand bracelets as some prisoners under remote house arrest already do.  Perhaps an electromagnetic invisible bar code in the hand or forehead would be used, for this could not be removed.  We know that many thousands of missing persons, and particularly children, are reported each year, and this alone could furnish the authorities with the excuse they need to compel everyone to be encoded electronically, for then, any missing person could be found in a matter of seconds by the satellites and computers.  At such a time, you would have no life of your own!  It is later than you think!  The magnetic strip on the back of your credit card may soon be on your hand or forehead, unless you are one of the prayerful few who are under the direct protection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
